This privacy statement applies to the online training platform operated by Nerio Defense AB (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The platform is used exclusively to deliver training content to our customers.
How Accounts Are Created
All user accounts on this platform are created manually by Nerio Defense AB administrators. Accounts are only created for individuals who have an existing customer relationship with us. You cannot register an account yourself, and the platform does not accept public registrations.
What Personal Data We Collect
When an account is created for you, we store the following information:

- Your email address
- Your organization or company name (where applicable)
- Your account activity and training progress on the platform
Why We Process Your Data
We process your personal data solely for the purpose of providing you access to the training content you are entitled to as a customer of Nerio Defense AB. We have no other use for your data.

How Long We Keep Your Data
Your account and associated data are retained for as long as your customer relationship with Nerio Defense AB is active. When the relationship ends, your account will be deactivated and your personal data deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
